Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can request a cancellation before your order is packed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, you can contact us at neocheffoods@gmail.com with your order number, registered phone number, and email address.

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will confirm the same by email or phone. If the order has already been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.

Prepaid orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our refund process and payment gateway timelines.

Orders already shipped

Orders that are already shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us for support.
