At NeoChef Foods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A defective product

  • A product with packaging issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The order was lost during transit and not delivered.

  • The order was cancelled by NeoChef Foods.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
