Founder

Bhavana Srivastava

Bhavana Srivastava leads Neochef Foods with a passion for preserving the authentic regional cuisine of Uttar Pradesh. With a background from Banaras Hindu University and over 15 years of corporate experience, she combined her operations expertise with traditional recipes to launch Neochef.

As a cancer survivor, she is also dedicated to social impact, allocating a portion of Neochef's proceeds to support cancer awareness and patients, while empowering local women and specially-abled makers.

Co-Founder

Viplove Srivastava

Viplove Srivastava co-founded Neochef Foods to bring authentic, wholesome regional food from traditional Indian kitchens to modern homes.

He oversees operational strategy, supply chain management, and quality control, ensuring that every batch of Sattu, pickles, and staples meets the highest standards of taste and safety.
